"Super simple and actually helpful"
They explained everything in a super clear way without making it all complicated like some annoying know-it-all. I didn’t feel lost or talked down to, which was great.

I got the appointment reminder after I had already missed the appointment, which was frustrating. When I reached out, the support response felt like a copy-paste reply and didn’t really address what happened. Not the best experience

"Professional and easy to work with"
The Orkin technician showed up on time and was really polite. I’ll admit I mostly pay attention to whether someone explains things clearly and doesn’t make me feel rushed, and he did great on both. Everything was easy to understand, and it felt like a straightforward, professional visit.

I asked for a refund it was painless. I can’t remember if it came back the next day or a couple days later, because my week was kind of a blur, but it showed up faster than I expected. No hassle at all

"Felt good about having them treat around my kids and dog"
We had Orkin come out because ants were starting to take over, and I was a little nervous with my kids and our dog in the house. The tech took the time to explain what he was using and pointed out the spots we should avoid for a little while, which made me feel a lot better. There wasn’t any strong chemical smell afterward, and the ants are basically gone now. For our situation, I felt comfortable with how everything was handled and would use them again

"Not a great first impression"
My first impression wasn’t great. I called twice and both times felt like I was waiting forever, only to still come away without a clear answer. I was hoping for something more straightforward, but the whole experience was frustrating

"Ants are finally gone!"
We had ants showing up again even after the first visit, which was sooo frustrating. I called orkin and they sent someone out the very next day with no hassle at all. The tech figured out where they were getting in and treated the area. Haven’t seen any ants since, so I’m really happy they took care of it.

I don’t know, it just didn’t feel great. I had to call twice before anyone actually got back to me, and by that point I was already annoyed.

"Cancellation was okay, but could be easier"
I used orkin for a while and recently had to cancel. It took a phone call and... a bit of waiting, but the rep did get it canceled without making it too difficult. I just wish there was a way to do it online instead. Overall, it was okay, just not the smoothest process

"Billing was actually right every time"
I’ve been using Orkin for a while, i was fully expecting some billing nonsense because that’s what companies always seem to mess up and then blame you for. But so far, every bill has been correct, with no weird charges or mix-ups. It’s been easy enough, which is exactly how it should be in the first place.

"Wish I Had Read the Reviews First"
The tech was nice enough, but the treatment didn’t feel very thorough. He was in and out fast and missed a couple of spots I had specifically asked about. A few days later I’m still seeing bugs, so I’m disappointed with what I paid for. I really wish I had read the reviews first before booking.

"More thorough than I expected"
I figured the inspection would be quick, but the Orkin tech ended up checking a lot more than I expected. He went through corners, around the windows, the garage, and a bunch of spots I wouldn’t have thought about. He also explained what he was noticing without turning it into a pushy sales pitch, which I appreciated. It felt straightforward and thorough, and I’d definitely use them again.

To be fair, it does seem to help reduce the bugs somewhat, so I can’t say it doesn’t work at all. But I’m still seeing some bugs come through, so it’s not the total solution I was hoping for.

The service was alright, I guess, but the technician didn’t really come across as very friendly. I felt kind of rushed, and when I asked a few questions, they seemed a little Annoyed. Not the Worst experience ever, but definitely not my best one with orkin.

"Clear price from the start"
I really appreciated that they gave me the price upfront and did not tack on any strange fees later. Everything was easy to understand, and there was no runaround. That kind of honesty matters a lot to me
